The Mystery Blogger Award

Mystery Blogger Award

I am extremely chuffed to be nominated by ‘Vibe a Little’ for the Mystery Blogger Award, who also happens to be my 100th follower! She writes about the small nunaces and intricacies of life which make it even more beautiful.

As the rule goes, there are always rules to follow. The following are my instructions:

THE RULES:

-Thank whomever nominated you and include the link to their blog

-Put the logo/image on your blog.  List the rules.

-Tell your readers three things about yourself.

-Nominate 10-20 bloggers you feel deserve the award.

-Ask your nominees 5 questions of your choice; including one weird or funny one.

-Notify nominees by commenting on their blog.

Three things about the self:

  • I love to sing and am still waiting for my Disney call 😉
  • The only form of cardio I like is swimming
  • My favourite movie/book genre is Hauntings

My answers to Vibe a Little:

Why do you blog?

Blogging helps me escape my life when it becomes suffocating. I meet so many wonderful people on the blogosphere from around the world and they help me gasp for breath when I forget to. I love my blogging family and I’m glad to share space with them.

What is your favourite hobby?

Apart from writing, it has to be singing. All the residents of my apartments have heard my ad-free, free, half-hour ‘The Shower Radio Show.” 😉

Do you prefer paper or plastic bags?

Paper any day. I am all for the flora and fauna. Just because we’re humans, it doesn’t give us privileges to abuse other species.

If you could have any super power, what would it be?

I am preparing for my exams now. So the only superpower I can think of right now is the ability to scan a book for two seconds and remember its contents perfectly. I call it knowledge osmosis.

What is the quote you live your life by?

One doesn’t recognise the important moments in life until it is too late.

Agatha Christie

  1. Hi Padma, I am very thankful to you for nominating me for the mystery blogger award, but I have already done it a few months ago. i am sorry. I will however, reply to the questions here:
1.What book do you read when you are down?
Harry Potter – Any one from the series. I am a big Harry Potter fan 😉
    2.Which season is your favourite?
I would like to say Winter because of the snow but after reflecting more on the question I would say Fall, because I can still snuggle under my blanket with a hot drink and not feel on fire and I love wearing sweaters, scarves and leggings and the weather in Autumn make them seem so trendy.
3.What is your most embarrassing yet funny moment?
I have never had a lot of male friends in my teenagehood, but now at university I have a few. Once I met a few male acquaintances in a shopping mall and we went to Decathlon which sells sportswear and sports stuff and I was trying to skate on this skateboard which I don’t even know how to use, and I fell on my butt. I laughed at myself because it was funny but it was still embarrassing because it was in front of people I knew but not that well.
    4.What’s your favourite Halloween costume?
I have never celebrated Halloween so no favourite costume. But I would love to be disguised as….spongebob squarepants, just because I think I look like him when I am excited or emotional.
5.Are you a gym rat or a couch potato?
I am a bit of both actually, kind of. I go running on alternate days to keep fit but on days I don’t exercise I am a couch potato.
Thanks again and It was great getting to know you.
Thanks for sharing a part of your sweet self on this platform ❤

          2. And then there were none
          3. Mirror cracked from side to side

This list is in no way exhaustive!

Man in the Brown Suit was a bit of a tiresome read for me though. 🤔🤔
